I have tax questions.

The only time we charge tax is to customers who are located in California. If you are in any other state you will not be charged tax. If you are in California and hold a resale license or are tax exempt please contact us.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Here is a link to our shipping page: SHIPPING. The flat rate US Mail shipping can take 1-10 days. If you are on a deadline, we recommend buying from our main website BulkGlitters.com where you can select one of the guaranteed UPS services.

I do not want to pay with a credit card. What are my options?

If you do not want to use a credit card you can opt to pay using PayPal. We no longer accept checks/money orders.

 

Are your glitters "cruelty-free" and/or Vegan?

No animal testing is done using the glitters.

As for the vegan question- you are more than welcome to view the MSDS sheets and see if they meet your approval. We do not have enough understanding of the subject to comment.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders can take up to 1-3 days to ship depending on the time of the year and how busy we are. If you are paying for rush shipping please do not assume it will ship out the same day. If you need an order to ship the same day please call us and see if we can push your order out- no promises! Orders only ship Monday- Friday. Toll free 888 -833-7501

 

What is your return policy?

Do you wholesale your glitters?

We sell wholesale to the public. There are no additional price breaks available. You are welcome to send in your resale license if you are in California. If you are not, you will not be charged tax. The BulkGlitters.com website is set up with displayed pricing on all products. We do not have any price sheets or catalogs with pricing- please use the website.

 

Is your site secure?

No, the site is not but the shopping carts are. To make it easy and fast to browse our site we have opted not to secure the whole site. However, when you go to check out you will notice that you enter into a secure mode and the lock will display on your browser. Any page that asks you for vital personal information (name, address etc) or credit card information is secure.


 

What is Delivery Insurance and why is it in my cart?

We hear this a lot and here is the answer. This charge covers packages that are stolen off your porch. Right now UPS is rarely covering and USPS never covers packages that are marked as "delivered" but either 1. never were (stolen by the driver or within the delivery company) or 2. stolen off your porch. Our customers expect us to pick up the tab for these packages and we have been for 75 years. Theft has become so prevalent that we can no longer absorb that expense. As of March 1st 2018, we are now contracting for "guaranteed delivery" insurance and the cost for that is $.99 cents a box.


 

How do I know if my order went through?

If you receive an e-mail copy of your order right after placing it then your order went through. If you do not receive one within minutes then chances are that it did not go through properly or your confirmation got caught in your SPAM filter. If no email confirmation shows up you might go back to our site and see if you still have items in your shopping cart. Our site will save the contents of a shopping cart for up to two weeks.

 

Do you only accept orders via the internet?

Yes, we can only accept orders that go through the shopping cart. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Why didn't I get a tracking number?

We send shipment confirmations with tracking numbers when your order ships. However, many of our customers have SPAM filters and sometimes those e-mail messages get filtered. Also, people make typing errors on their email when they place their orders quite often.

If you placed an order and got an order confirmation but did not receive a tracking number, be sure to check your SPAM filter. If it is not there, please contact us via e-mail and we will help you locate your box. CPG@pacific.net

Further note- if you did not get an order confirmation it is possible that the order was never placed or checkout was not completed. Be sure to visit the site to make sure your cart is empty.

 

I got a tracking number via e-mail and don't know what to do with it!

The tracking email should offer you information and a live link that will help you further.

 

What is the best way to contact you?

The very best way to contact us is via e-mail. We check e-mail every few minutes throughout the day and will answer every message that comes to us. Our address is: CPG@pacific.net

Calling us is not always the fastest way to get a hold of us. We are literally so busy processing orders that we cannot always grab the phone. Do you sell wholesale?

We wholesale to the public. This means that the prices you see on the website are your wholesale price. You are welcome to resell them and even brand them as your own. If you would like our labels to be left off the jars please put that note in the Comments section as you checkout. DO NOT put that note in a separate email- it needs to go on the order during the checkout process.

 

I made an error on my order and need to change it/I need to change the payment method. Should I start over?

It is up to you. You can request that we cancel your current order and you can place a new one OR you can contact us and we will make the change for you. (888) 833-7501. CPG@pacific.net

Note: If you choose to make a second order please be sure to cancel the first one! If we do not hear from you, our automated system will send you both orders!

 

Do you ship to international addresses?

Yes, we do ship to most countries. There are just a few countries that we will not ship to due to insurance reasons. For all the details on International Shipping please visit our SHIPPING. The shopping cart will offer you rates.

 

How do I get a shipping price?

My order arrived damaged or did not arrive at all. What do I do?

If your order did not arrive when it was supposed to please email us with your order number and we will look into the situation. CPG@pacific.net

Have much glitter will cover an area?

This is a really hard question to answer easily. Sometimes you want a very light dusting of glitter to give an effect and sometimes you want it heavily covered with no background showing through.

From our test of Regular Chunky Flake (0.040) glitter, 1oz will completely cover 1 square foot.

Painting the background of what you are covering first really helps. For example, if you are covering a floor with silver glitter you can paint your set a light gray. That way if your glitter does not cover every square inch it will not be noticed.

Does my Billing & Shipping address have to match?

We do not care if your billing and shipping address do not match. However, if you are a Paypal user you may find that Paypal does care (it depends on how you have your PP account set up). If you are running into trouble with Paypal you may want to choose the regular checkout button and select another form of payment.
