Our Fluorescent Nova glitters are matte finished and will glow under a blacklight. Without the backlight, they are just super bright neon colors. Some of the colors are solvent resistant and OK for industrial applications. They are super fun for all sorts of arts and crafts applications. These glitters are available in our famous "Mini Jars".
